The City of Yes
is New York City's plan to update its zoning code for the first time since 1961. It aims to make the city more sustainable, prosperous, and affordable by supporting green projects and businesses and addressing the housing shortage. The plan proposes adding 82,000 homes over 15 years, with affordability incentives and infrastructure upgrades for equitable development.
As the former New York City Building’s Commissioner, a development advisor, a technical resource and asset manager, Robert has implemented the enforcement of countless new zoning regulations in NYC over his ten years of government experience.
