Sunny days for condominium residents have turned into a catastrophic storm that looms large over their buildings.  The collapse of Champlain Towers has shined a light on the potential devastation to come and as a result, the Florida legislature has instituted reform that has made vulnerable buildings and its residents accountable.  In 2025 foreclosures and evictions and thousands of families may be the catalyst for the next migration phenomenon.
